"My main beef is just that they use some sort of perfumed cleaning products or air freshners that my allergies and smell sensitivity finds awful - like most perfumes, it gives me a headache. I also couldn't get the heater to work. But the bath is magnificent as is the pool which is under glass so warm enough to swim in cooler weather. "
