"We considered cancelling our trip due to having a car accident, called Wotif/the hotel manager to discuss and was verbally abused by the hotel manager then had all money drained from our credit card. Even though we had decided to attend because we paid for the accommodation, we were blocked by the hotel manager who wouldn’t take our calls. Currently dealing with the relevant ombudsman to put forward a formal complaint. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel or booking through Wotif. "

"Daintree Crocodylus are very clear in what they are and what they are not. We found their advice to be very accurate. Yes, they are "very JUNGLY" and that was great for us.
