The best thing is the secure parking. The area is ideal to see the centre of Cape Town. Everything I needed was in the apartment. For part of the time I had good fast broadband, then it disappeared unfortunately. I had arranged to check in at 2pm but no one was there until 2.30 which meant I had to pay for carparking outside and had no contact number to call.

I loved the apartment, the location, and the security of the building. Walking out the front door of the building is the most beautiful park in Cape Town, the Company's Garden. This apartment is in the heart of the city but away from all the noise. The view from the apartment is an amazing wall of green trees making the balcony very beautiful and private but you still get a view of a nearby mountain. The apartment is well decorated and the kitchen is super cute with all the equipment needed to make a meal. Someone who actually cooks would like it. I would definitely return to this apartment. The only con was the owner showed up unannounced to deliver bowls and I had no idea who he was. As a female solo traveler it made me a bit uncomfortable because any man could have knocked at the door and said he was the owner. He didn't have the bowls with him and had to go and get them. Which I though was weird. He came to bring four bowls that I didn't know were missing. He turned out to be a very nice guy and ended up helping me get the television working. I would just suggest better communication between the customer, the property manager and the owners.

I needed to do some admin in Cape Town ( home affairs) and wanted my own living space while there.This was perfect as it was close to every thing and the area was great with the company gardens right across from the building.The apartment came with secure parking which in Cape Town is great.as for the apartment itself it was perfect.I had everything I needed.The space was light and open which made it seem a lot bigger and with the little balcony made you feel as if you were outside looking into gardens.In the room area there are 2 large hanging cupboards so was able to unpack my clothes which made it feel like home. The bed was comfortable and the couch even more so, so much so that I would find myself dozing off when chilling in the lounge area.The apartment was clean upon arrival and mid week some one came round to clean.I was very happy with my decision and would defiantly recommend it to anyone looking.
