This modern studio apartment located on the 15th floor of the One Thibault apartment building is strategically situated in Cape Town Centre, allowing you access and proximity to local attractions and sights. 800 meters from the Cape Town Convention Centre and 900 meters from the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, making it the perfect departure point for everything the city has to offer.
