This Luxurious Loft Apartment located in the heart of the CBD offers

Modern, yet rooted in heritage, it is from here that you truly get a sense of Cape Town at its best. Just a scenic 10-15 minute drive to Table Mountain and the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

The space

The apartment has been completely renovated with modern furnishing,
appliances and finishes throughout. A lot of thought and consideration
has gone into making the space the perfect base from which to explore
the city, mountains, and beaches. The building features a communal pool
deck, gym, 24/hour security access control, and secure covered
parking.

The main bedroom has a comfortable King sized bed, and a modern, new
