Review of apartment

Check-in: I had been given a time for check-in & to receive the keys. The person did not show up, & I was told about an hour later: we had 3 other people checking in at the same time. This was in the afternoon, and I had landed from a long travel from the US at 6:30 that morning in CT. I was beyond exhausted. Very bad service. One night there was no hot water - the service team had responded very quickly. Thande, the cleaner, was great. Overall, the apartment has a great view & the security guys were extremely nice. The parking garage is tiny, & I could not fit to get out of the car when parking there, so had to park outside.
