This beautiful modern apartment offers guests a stylish yet tranquil
space to reset. Centrally located with convenience at your doorstep,
the apartment is situated a short distance away from the popular Canal
Walk Shopping Centre, where you can eat and shop your heart out as well
as The Century City Park where you can enjoy a relaxing wander around
the park or cycling paths.
The open plan design of the living room and kitchen, which is fully
equipped and comfortably seats 4 people, creates a cozy and intimate
atmosphere for guests enjoying the space. A lovely balcony, that is
accessible through the living area, allows guests to enjoy the serene
view the area has to offer. The apartment has a stylish bedroom with a
queen size bed, fresh linen, and towels with a wonderful bathroom that
includes a spacious shower, toilet, and basin. The apartment is also
equipped with a TV as well as the internet, as well as an inverter to
support uninterrupted electricity.
With everything within walking distance, you can rest assured in a
beautifully furnished apartment situated in a 24/7 secured building.
With various restaurants within walking distance, safe parking, and all
the conveniences this 15-minute city has to offer, everything is at
your fingertips.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
