The main house on the property features a fully equipped kitchen fitted
with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable self-catering stay,
including a dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine for your
convenience.
The home features two dining areas, creating the perfect spot to enjoy
intimate meals with loved ones. Adjacent to the dining room, you will
find the thoughtfully furnished lounge with a flatscreen television
equipped with access to streaming services such as Netflix. Guests will
enjoy internet access throughout the property with a sitting room
featuring a single armchair and a large plush sofa with ample space for
relaxing.
Guests can enjoy the covered patio and braai area with comfortable
wicker seating and garden furniture that create the ideal sitting area.
The main bedroom features a double bed and patio access, with an
en-suite bathroom featuring a corner bath and shower. The second
bedroom features a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. Linen and towels
are provided with your stay.
The private downstairs cottage is separate from the main house, with
its own kitchen, washing machine, and dining area for four. The bedroom
features a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen television. The
bathroom features a toilet, a washbasin with vanity, and a shower. The
shower is raised a little higher than usual – please mind your step.
Outside, a private patio with an outdoor sitting area with a gas braai
awaits, with access to the pool and main house via an outdoor
staircase.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 97 Drommedaris street , Somerset West, Cape Town, 7151.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
