essentials for a comfortable stay. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living
area is tastefully furnished and features a flat-screen TV and internet
access, creating a cosy space to relax.
Stepping outside, guests have access to a private balcony that offers
breathtaking sea views, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening
sunsets. The property also boasts an outdoor swimming pool, ideal for a
refreshing swim, and a garden area where guests can unwind. For those
who enjoy outdoor cooking, braai facilities are available on-site.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests across its
well-appointed bedrooms. Each bedroom is designed for comfort,
featuring ample storage space and tasteful décor. Two of the three
bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds, while the second bedroom
offers two single beds. The main bedroom has access to the balcony and
includes an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms make use of a
shared bathroom. All bathrooms are modern and include shower, toilet
and hand basin amenities, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay for
all guests.
There are plenty of activities near the property, including a scenic
drive to Melkbaai or Strand Beach, perfect for swimming and leisurely
walks. You can also visit the nearby Waterworld in Strand, which
features grassy areas for relaxing, picnic benches with umbrellas, and
the Waterworld Café for food and drinks.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 144 Beach Rd, Strand, Cape Town. The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rule.
