Great views! The house had a lot of amenities, including an ice maker, wine cooler and washer/dryer. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and played corn hole and bocce ball and used the firepit. Kitchen area is very spacious.

90th birthday celebration

The property is in a wonderful location on the water with a gorgeous view. Lots of big windows to see that spectacular view. Well stocked kitchen and we loved the fie pit! My family loved their stay!

Amazing place and location

Had a really great time at this property on a family vacation. The house is beautiful, with many new updates and finishes. Incredible views and a really great location between Ogunquit and York and many beaches. Hosts were very responsive and ready to help. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

I had a girls weekend and everything was perfect. The house is really well equipped & communication with the owner is excellent. The view is outstanding! I honestly have no complaints or negative things to say about this property.

Family Vacation in New England

My family had a wonderful stay! We all flew in from different locations: Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Orlando for a family fall foliage trip. This home did not disappoint. The view alone makes every penny worth it. The amenities were very modern and nice, and all beds were comfortable to sleep in. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Family friendly, lovely view

Very family-friendly open layout on the main floor. The swings of the tide in the inlet the house overlooks provides a lovely and dynamic ocean view. Main bedroom upstairs has great cross ventilation and is a wonderful place to be lulled to sleep by the waves. Nice big table for everyone to eat outdoors in nice weather.

Family Vacation

View is spectacular and the outdoor space is better than the pictures. Enough room for multiple families with young kids (11 total) who loved exploring the rocks and tide pools. Short ride to minor and major beaches but very private. All of the amenities were in place and host was very responsive. Would recommend - especially if you have active kids. Bunkroom adn outdoor space is ideal for them.

Fantastic family time!

Very likely the best VRBO experience we have experienced! We had two sets of grandparents, one aunt, daughter and son-in-law and two grand kids under 2.5 yrs old. House was incredibly comfortable and the location was just as advertised. The home was spacious enough for all of us to relax and enjoy both indoor and outdoor time. We even got to see the neighborhood fireworks from the backyard. Everything from communications to check-in/out was smooth and very clear.

A beautiful house in an idyllic setting

We rented this home for 5 nights in August. The house is well represented by the listing photos. The house is very clean and very well maintained. Craig, the owner checked in several times by text to ensure our stay was going well. The setting is incredibly beautiful with the ocean lapping the boulders of the Maine coast. We will certainly remember this property for the future!

Beautiful stay for rest and relaxation

Went to Maine with 10 friends for a weekend of rest and relaxation. The house views and sounds of vitamin Sea were perfect. We made use of the modern updated kitchen for every meal. The bunk room was built with every detail in mind. Plugs by the top bunks were a great idea. Everything was updated, clean and ready for us upon arrival. Craig was a great host, extremely communicative, and helpful. Already looking to book it again!

Fantastic, quiet, soothing property close to everything

We spent a week here. I cannot say enough about the view! We felt secluded, even though we had neighbors. Waking up in the master with the waves on the cove, watching the waves from the kitchen table (great place to WFH if you have to) was fantastic. The house was great…only 3 of us. If you had a full house, it might be a bit cramped from a bathroom standpoint…but we had plenty of space…just us snd our daughter. Stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Fire pit and wood provided…lovely. Very close drive to Ogunwuit, Kennebunkport. We drove to NH and the White mountains one day for leaf peeping. Would stay here again and n a heartbeat. Craig was incredibly responsive.

Family Vacation

Awesome property and amazing house.... location was perfect. You got a great experience whether the tide was coming in or going out. Kids loved the tide pools and the guys enjoyed fly fishing from the rocks. Outside porch area with dining table for 10 and additional seating was a bonus. Very comfortable living quarters with 4 separate bedrooms, 3 full baths, large kitchen/dining area and family room gave us plenty of space for our group of 7 which included 3 children. The washer and dryer was a convenient plus. One night a storm passed through and the generator come on without our intervention. We lost power but were never inconvenienced. Amazing. The rest of the time the weather was perfect. Local beaches were all very close by, sandy and clean. Craig was very communicative. Can't say enough how positive our experience was. Looking forward to next year already.
