"The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. You can tell they put a lot of effort into caring for their guests and the property. It was a clean hotel and the breakfast had the fairly standard offerings. Waffles, eggs you can microwave, toast, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, cereals, that type of thing. There were a few dings, dents, and minor damage around the walls and doors and the place in general, but it is well maintained, just older. The bed in our room felt a little old too....

"I don’t even know where to begin as soon as I got there they told me my reservation had been canceled so I had to make another one on the spot. I lost my original room so I had to pay more for a worse room. And then when we get there, it’s dirty and it’s insanely hot. I have my dog with me. There’s no sign saying that there’s no AC so we turn on what we think is the AC, but it’s actually the heat and it gets even hotter. And then we go and ask her if there’s anything they can do about how hard...
