- Perfect location to enjoy all that Cape May has to offer! Walking distance to food market, shops, restaurants, and beaches. .7 miles to Broadway Beach which has bathrooms and a snack bar with great food options. Plus Convenient Beach Box available at beach entrance for guests use! Owners will provide 6 chairs and 1 umbrella. The home features 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 bath, wrap around front porch with rocking chairs, screened-in rear deck, rear patio, outside shower and driveway! New heated pool with waterfall, 8x16 and 5ft deep. This home has all of the Victorian charm with modern conveniences!
First floor bedroom with king bed and private bath, first floor powder room, spacious living room and dining room, and first floor laundry room. Second floor master bedroom with king bed, private bath and balcony with chaise lounge chairs. Two additional bedrooms one with two full size beds and the other has a queen. Smart TV's in living room and all 4 bedrooms.
NON SMOKING RENTAL - Guests and guests invitees agree not to smoke inside the property or on decks and porches.
Rental includes: Dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, and glassware.
