"This property was very convenient for us attending the music festival in Cavendish but away from the crowds at the beach, easy to get into Summerside for some exploring, it's in a very easy to find location. The property itself could definitely using some sprucing up but the room was clean and the lady at the front desk was lovely and polite. Would stay here again. "

"The weather was amazing during our stay July 18-20, 2025 the room was well air conditioned so you could sleep comfortably. The fact there was an ice cream parlour downstairs was a big added bonus. It was also very quiet in the room you would never know there was an ice cream parlour downstairs. It was close to anywhere you wanted to go. It was my son and nephews first time to the island so it was a great experience for both of them and they really enjoyed themselves. I would recommend Holmans to anyone looking for a place to stay on the island it’s a home away from home."

"Our family loved this place for our first trip to the island! The house was spacious, clean and had so much to do to entertain the little ones. We loved that it was located close to major tourist attractions, but was nestled in a quiet area which gave lots of privacy and was very peaceful!
