"This house is absolutely amazing. It’s by far the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. The host, Tom was so nice and helpful also which is always a bonus. The pool, hot tub, and entire back yard area were very luxurious. The closet had a lot of pool floaties/toys so no need to bring anything for that. There were also some beach supplies such as two chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and some beach toys. The house came with shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There were also spices in the cabinet. You will still need to purchase some supplies (trash bags etc)We recommend a morning bike ride to Pelican park to see all of the owls, kayaking on the canal, and visiting Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva. We saw Dolphins at Captiva! Thank you, Tom! We loved the house!!!! "

"Our second time staying at Matt’s place. He totally renovated it and it’s a Ben better than before which is hard to accomplish. An amazing entertainment home with killer views. We did all the cooking for our 4 night stay and anything you needed was there. Bed were comfortable and all the electronics worked flawlessly. Outdoor sound system was great!We will be back as the entire group of family loved our stay. "

"We LOVED our stay here! This house was not only beautiful, it was spotless, very well stocked with everything we needed and the location on the beautiful canal was just perfect. It is close to restaurants and shopping and the neighborhood is quiet. We would most certainly come back! The property manager was very attentive and responds quickly.
