Indulge in the pleasures of the beautiful heated pool or take advantage of the option to rent a boat and dock it right at our property, creating a true paradise experience.

As you step inside, you'll instantly feel at home in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home. Boasting a generous 2350 sq ft open floor plan, high ceilings, and ample living areas, our retreat comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. In addition to three cozy beds, we provide two twin-sized mattresses and a pull-out full-sized couch to ensure everyone has a comfortable space to unwind. The expansive lanai and screened patio face North, treating you to breathtaking views of the gulf access canal and captivating sunrises and sunsets. Don't miss the chance to take a refreshing dip in the inviting heated pool!

Designed with welcoming openness in mind, our home features three massive sliding glass doors that seamlessly connect the interior to the screened patio. Sink into the plush reclining couches in the living room and savor quality time with loved ones. The spacious kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped for culinary adventures and shared meals that make memories to last a lifetime.

The master bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with its incredibly comfortable king-size bed and large walk-in closet. Slide open the glass door for direct access to the lanai and pool area. Indulge in the master bathroom, boasting a spacious walk-in shower and a relaxing Jacuzzi tub for the ultimate pampering experience.

Two guest bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned on either side of the guest bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. Each room features ample closet space and a delightful ambiance for a restful stay.

All three bedrooms come equipped with flat-screen TVs and Chromecast, allowing you to stream your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and Showtime. Great House for a Quick Getaway

The overall impression of the house was great! Clean, in a good neighborhood and being on the canal was awesome! The owners were very responsive as well. I do feel the house could have been better stocked with some simple items, nut overall an excellent house for a quick getaway!!

Great Vacation Home

Centrally located to al your needs. Plenty of room and loved the pool. The only thing that could have been better was if it was easier to get in and out to the boat ramp and ocean. But we enjoyed the scenic 45 min ride out to the Gulf. Great boat dock. Would rent the house again! Owners were very responsive to my questions.

Beautiful home!

We had a great stay at this home. The property was very clean and updated! The owner was amazing at communication, giving clear check-in instructions, and promptly responded to any questions we had during our stay. Due to colder temps and wind, the pool wasn’t able to keep up for heating which was a disappointment for my kids, but the pool area was beautiful and the outdoor kayaks and bikes a nice bonus. The owner was very accommodating with a few small things that came up, and we really appreciated it. Highly recommend!

Great Experience

Our family stayed for a week in this beautiful house. It was located within 30 minutes of everything Fort Myers had to offer. It was well laid out and each of the rooms were comfortable for a week long stay. Downsides were: House appeared professionally cleaned but we found trash around the pool and bathrooms that still had markings from prior use. The pool was heated however I would have paid more to increase the temperature during the time of year I visited and one of the rear storm doors was unable to be secured as.it appeared to be falling off the framing. House uses Google Chrome for the televisions to stream from your phones or IPad so be prepared.

Nice comfy beds, excellent pool and patio for grilling. AC went out and was quickly fixed within a few hours. Great place to stay.

Ultimate relaxation and comfort house!

Having the pool AND the dock on the canal are the two prime amenities we were looking for and the price was more than reasonable. Nice people to deal with, too. I highly recommend this house!

Great canal front/pool home!!

Beautiful house with everything you need! We had an amazing time staying at this property. From the moment we walked in we were happy. House had pretty much everything you need to not even have to leave during your stay other than for groceries/food. Pool area was nice, and being on the canal was a nice bonus. Spent the entire month of March in Cape Coral at this very nice house in a very convenient location. Used the pools and Kayaks almost daily. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots/pans/utensils/etc.... Nicholas and Ashley are quick to respond to questions, and have information about things to se/do and restaurants readily available in the house. Will be back...

We had amazing stay last week in Cape Coral Florida. The property was absolutely beautiful and the homeowners were incredibly attentive where needed but also gave us the space that we needed to enjoy relax in our vacation home. Immediately upon arrival we found the space comfortable and relaxing that provided us everything we were looking for in a home away from home as well as the interior of the home had all the much-needed essentials to make our stay comfortable. We didn’t want for anything or lack for nothing during our time in Southwest Florida.
