Everything we wanted

The house was in great condition. Very good wifi. Good TV selection. Excellent shower and bathroom. Comfortable sofa’s. Location excellent for access to shops, restaurants, Fort Myers, golf courses and cinemas. We had a great time

Great Communication and Response

The property was awesome. Sandra and the management team were very responsive to a problem we had with the internet. She even came to the house and tried to resolve it with the internet provider. It was fixed the next day. Sandra was very customer service oriented, and it was greatly appreciated.

Perfect!

The place was exactly as described! We enjoyed our stay in a nice quiet neighborhood that was close to groceries and restaurants. Pool abs hot tub were fantastic!

Bang for the Buck

We were very pleased that the house lived up to the pictures. In a nice quiet neighborhood. All the appliances were in very good condition and the kitchen was fully equipped. All bedrooms had king beds with large TVs. The pool was the best part and we were able to control the temperature, which made it very pleasant.

Great house for multiple couples

We stayed here with another couple and would have easily had room for a third. The house and property was immaculate and newly renovated. Fantastic stay! Everyone we met from the property management company was super nice and helpful... Would definitely stay with them again!!!

Beautiful, Relaxing home & location

We had a WONDERFUL time staying at Paradise Pearl! From the moment we walked through the front door...the ominous was very welcoming & personal. We felt very relaxed & safe in this Beautiful home. Very nicely decorated with everything you need to cook your own meals. We started every morning off out on the lani having coffee & relaxing in the morning sun. The pool area is Peaceful with a spa that overflows into the pool, making the waterfall a very traqual background noise. The open floor plan is Wonderful, cooking or cleaning up after dinner your right in the heart of it all so you miss nothing. The Master bedroom is on one end of the house with a huge Master bathroom that has a Wonderful walkin shower with a rainfall showerhead. All 3 bedrooms have comfortable king size beds and there is a second bathroom between the 2 bedrooms that are opposite from the Master. This property offers a gas grill, but we didn't use the grill this trip. The dock offers a nice sitting area with a tiki hut and boat lift. We enjoyed how Peaceful it was just walking down by the canal & seeing the fish jump. Overall it is a Fabulous property and we will definitely stay here again when we visit Cape Coral next time!
