The property is just as pictured on the listing. The house everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. My family loved the accommodations, we’ll definitely love to visit again.

Overall we had an amazing time. Everything worked and was clean. Only disappointment was that we couldn’t catch the “jumping fish” lol.. Would definitely stay again!

From day one we had issues. Maybe 1 or 2 by themselves would be acceptable. But by the end of the week, there were so many problems: Bathroom sink leaking all over floor(all valves corroded) No outside tv as shown Lots of green algae growing in pool(they cleaned that at least) Outdoor kitchen is out of order, then the grill they brought in to use in lieu of kitchen also broke 3 bathroom only accessible from outside Dining chairs literally disintegrating onto floor, One chair legs broken Ping pong table broke Kitchen floor flooding for two days due to water line broke King bed mattress was so caved in two couldnt sleep in Two kitchen cabinets shelves crashed down Maggotts in trash bins We are not fussy and never complain, but this warranted it for sure!

Very clean and the neighborhood was awesome Property was beautiful We've had a wonderful, fun,relaxing wedding anniversary. 26 years is a long time but celebrating in Cape Coral made it worth it lol.

Few things broke when arrived manager took care of right away. We do feel like the third bath needs to be listed as a pool bath. We assumed according to the listing that the third bath was in the house.

We used the house to bring family together and it suited that purpose perfectly. The kids loved playing in the pool while we adults relaxed in the lanai. The view was pretty, the neighborhood is quiet, and the location is perfect for getting out and about. We highly recommend this house.

Wir sind mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Ferienvilla. Wir können eine Buchung über „Wischis“ausdrücklich empfehlen. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet für einen Aufenthalt von bis zu zwei Familien. Der Mitarbeiter Charlie war unkompliziert,humorvoll und kompetent. Die Lage der Ferienvilla war optimal für Touren nach Sanibel,Captiva,Naples,Miromar Outlets und Ft.Myers Beach. Einkaufs und Shoppingmöglickeiten sind bereits nach 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Frühstück am Wasser unter dem Tikihut einfach unbezahlbar.

We loved this house and super glad we found it. The outdoor area is the best feature, we love the pool and large deck are. We loved the open lots on either side of the house also. The master bedroom is huge and the rest of the sleeping quarters were accross the house! We plan to use this property again in the future! Pros- budget friendly, big and clean, surprise hidden amenities (pool table and foosball in garage, beach equipment, coolers, fishing poles), and ease of rental process. Cons- the outdoor TV wasn't operable, pool had soooo many little dead bugs floating on top and no skimmer to clean it with (we got creative to be able to clean it), and jacuzzi is not heated.
