Villa Coral Pearl is a meticulously cared for one-story home with three bedrooms (2x Queen bed; 1x Twin beds), den and two bathrooms. The house offers a wonderful split floor, modern cabinets and amazing back yard equipped with a full outdoor kitchen, TV, and an amazing pool with spa. This is the perfect outdoor space to entertain with family and friends.

The upscale interior of the house is brand-new, has a white color scheme, and impresses with a fascinating design that is both, modern and comfortable.

Villa Coral Pearl is centrally located with short distances to The River District in Downtown Fort Myers and the beaches up North close to Venice, which are known for finding shark teeth.
