Watch dolphins, rays and fish play in the intersecting 200 foot canals from the comfort of your lounge chair. Spend your days relaxing on the lanai, swimming in the electric and solar heated saltwater pool, biking, walking in a beautiful neighborhood of million dollar homes and fishing or boating from your own private dock.

The perfect day doesn’t end there---this west facing home provides BREATHTAKING SUNSETS over the water. At day end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here on your private lanai, sipping a beverage and grilling southern Florida fresh seafood.

With 2200 square feet of living space including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with showers, one tub, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room and laundry, there is room for the whole family or a large group of friends. Open floor plan for entertaining, yet plenty of privacy for all. The patio doors from the living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms all disappear into the wall to increase your entertaining space. The entire home has been completely remodeled. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedroom 2: king bed, bedroom 3: queen bed and bedroom 4: two twin beds, sleeping a total of eight.

Boaters will love the 2 minute, around the corner, no bridge access to the river. It’s a quick half hour ride to Sanibel or Captiva and the Gulf of Mexico with lots of fun park and restaurant stops in between.

The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

The views are the BEST. And if your worried about too much sun, there is a see through shade to pull down on patio. Pool is solar heated, was wonderful. House clean and everything you need! Home opens up, we only needed air on 4 nites out of 3 weeks. Thank you for letting us use your house

Family Vacation 2025

Our family enjoyed 10 wonderful days at the property! The communication with the owners was very easy and they were quick to respond. We have stayed in many different homes in the Cape Coral area and this was by far our favorite! Great location in the town, great location on the canal, and many wonderful amenities. The house was very well stocked!Our highfliers seeing dolphins in the canal, swimming daily in the pool, and relaxing/sun bathing on the lanai/dock area! It was a peaceful, relaxing, and recharging week!

Rest, Relaxation and Fishing

Brought our boat and the men enjoyed fishing while the women lounged by the pool. The house was very comfortable for 2 couples plus one more. Enjoying cooking in and eating at the table by the pool with the fabulous sunset views!

Priceless Sunsets

Beautiful and spacious home. We all had our own space. Lots of extras like box fans for noise, extra non perishable items left, beach towels, tv. Pool was nice and what a view!

Great location

This home is in a great location. Some of the furnishings are different then the photos but we didn't have an issue with that. Very clean home. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Great place and unbeatable location

The property is beautiful and the set up is extremely convenient for families. The screened in pool was clean and there were plenty of floaties. The view was beautiful. I even got to see a dolphin right through the sliding glass door.

Already when arriving we felt warmly welcome in Sue‘s house. The pool, the rooms, the garage, all tidy and clean and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is big and open with a window to the pool area. Stunning view over the canal with a breathtaking sunset view in the evening. We could tie up our boat at the poles at the water patio. The kayaks could be used as well and we found all we needed for an adventurous

Beautiful home!

My group of eight spent 8 days at this property. The house and pool are outstanding. We caught lots of fish from the dock. One of our highlights was watching the movie “Jaws” while floating in the pool after dark. The poolside television was a big hit with the grandkids.

Beautiful house!

This beautiful house was perfect for our group of 5 adults-2 couples and 1 single. Very clean, everything was in good condition. We did cook a couple meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. We made use of the pool and the laundry and were so pleased with both. We spent several mornings and several evenings enjoying the relaxing view of the canals from the dock. The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. Everyone in our group kept remarking about how perfect the house was! We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the Ft Myers area. I can’t say enough about how much we loved this place! If you’re on the fence about renting it I say “Do it, you won’t regret it”!

Smelled very clean when we arrived however there was mold in the shower. That was recaulked while we were there. Pool needed a good scrubbing in which we did notify them about and if they vacuumed the bottom the tile was not scrubbed. All the blinds in one guest bedroom needed to be fixed. The beds were brick hard but I guess that’s better than too soft. Great TV channels, well stocked kitchen, pool heated well, great open concept home. We vacationed with young children and it was easy to keep track of them with the way the house is laid out around the pool. Had safety locks up high.

Great sunset views

Great sunset views with a warm pool. Kids had a great time swimming and fishing off the dock. We bought our own pole but the place did have two fishing poles and a container to get live shrimp for bait. There was some sand toys, coolers and floaties too. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. We really enjoyed the TV by the pool to swim and watch March Madness games. We went to Sanibel, fort myers and Naples beach. Sanibel had great seashells but make sure to bring cooler with food and drinks as the island is still recovering from hurricane. Fort Myers beach was open but had to be careful of glass on the beach, again most is not open by the beach. Did manage to find sit down restaurants open near both beaches to help support the local economy. Took in both spring training games, Red Sox and Twins, went early and saw visiting team batting practice and kids got lots of balls. Did many mini golf courses but Pop shot, Tiger Woods owned course was the best with good food and drinks.

Familienurlaub

Haus war wie beschrieben, ist aber teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, z.B. Tür zum Pool Bad klemmt, hier und da kleinere Macken. Trotzdem ist das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Es liegt in einer wunderbaren, ruhigen Umgebung direkt am Wasser. Wir haben jeden Tag den Ausblick genossen. Der Pool war sauber und groß. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Strände. Es war eine Kühlbox und Strandstühle vorhanden, das war praktisch. Ein paar Sandspielsachen für Kinder wären noch toll gewesen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kam Jim der Housekeeper vorbei, er war super freundlich. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Cape Coral!
