We really enjoyed this property in Cape Coral! Very clean and well equipped. We had an incident with the washing machine but Sigrid, the property manager, and Jeff, the owner handled the situation immediately. They were great to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

Cape Coral Paradise

The home was beautiful. We loved the pool. went swimming several times a day. The location was ideal, not too far from beaches, close to Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. the owners recommendations for places to eat and recreation was spot on. I can't wait to go back.

Nice home, nice location

My husband & I enjoyed our stay & found the location to be very convenient to exploring southern Florida. The home is in a nice neighborhood. The owner provided some great local recommendations & was very responsive with any questions we had. I would recommend it.

Great relaxing place to stay

We spent two glorious weeks at this home, it was exactly as advertised. House was clean and well stocked with everything you could want. Communication with Jeff was exceptional and Sigrid was awesome. The neighborhood was very quiet nice area for a walk. I would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a place to kick back and relax.

Property was very nice. Pool area was great and the location was very convenient to shopping. Living Room furniture was a little tired but everything else was top shelf. Sigrid the property manager was very helpful and accommodating.

Cape Coral Vacation

We found the property to be very clean, comfortable, and well stocked upon our arrival. We enjoyed the outdoor lanai area and pool very much. We enjoyed the canal in back and even caught a few nice snappers for dinner. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely consider staying in this lovely home again if we visit Cape Coral in the future. The property management company was easy to work with and quick to respond to a minor issue.

Pleasant Stay at Villa Chiara

We had a lovely 17 day stay at Villa Chiara and came to escape the brutal February winter of the Chicago suburbs. The home was clean and well- stocked with many amenities, especially kitchen supplies. The pictures represent the home well. The pool area is spacious with plenty of chairs to sit outside, and there are chairs on the dock by the canal to watch the boats go by. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The Publix is a short 4 minute drive. We stayed there with our adult daughter and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent house!!

Jeff was an excellent communicator and emailed a list of all different types of things to do and places to eat . His property manager was nice and available if we had any questions. The home was very clean. It had all the amenities available. The house was warm and welcoming. The outside lanai was beautiful with the pool and furniture. It was fun to be able to watch TV outside, especially coming from the north. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation!

The property was beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

We’ve rented properties numerous times. This is the only property that requires a physical check out. Our flight home was cancelled which we found out about at 2:30am. We ended up driving home 24 hours. We couldn’t get the property manager until after 7 am so we couldn’t leave when we wanted to.

Wonderful vacation home!

We had a wonderful time at the villa. The house was amazing! We especially enjoyed the swimming pool which was clean and beautiful! We ate meals out on the patio/lanai and watched sunsets from the dock. We used the bikes on our 1st night - there was a restaurant nearby that we biked to. After that we used uber and then got a rental vehicle for the remainder of our trip. Jeff and Sigrid were both amazing. They replied to my messages and questions immediately. We prefer this location to being on the beach because of the quiet setting. And its only a 20-25 min drive to the beaches! We hope we can stay here again!!

So many great things!

This was our first time staying at this home and we would totally return. It's in a neighborhood that is great for walking and is close to a Publix grocery store too. When we arrived the home was clean with comfortable furniture. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen to be well stocked for what we needed. And the pool...was...awesome.! Using the pool cover at night allowed us to keep it nice and warm....super swimable! The owner also offers bikes and a lock, which we used to explore bike-friendly Cape Coral. And you also have use of the garage, which is great to keep your car cool from the Florida sun. This home offers so many great things! We really enjoyed our visit and highly recommend.

Quiet Neighborhood and beautiful home

House was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The beds are all pretty firm, not a criticism, just a comment for those of you who like a plush mattress. When we rented this house, we read about the additional fee for electricity if we used more than 30 kilowatts. During our stay, we never touched the thermostat (76 degrees) or the pool temp and kept all doors closed to conserve the A/C. At the end of our stay, the meter was read and we were charged an additional $12. Not a big deal, but kind of odd to charge this nominal fee considering the cost of this rental. I would rent here again, plenty of privacy and a lovely home.

lovely sanctuary

Ours was a last minute booking and the owner couldn't have been more accommodating. He was a great communicator and very friendly in supporting us and our family needs. He was in touch throughout our stay. We sadly didn't get to use the pool due our schedule and the weather, so we can't comment on it. One caveat is that renters need to maintain vigilance about power use or accrue extra charges (including pool heat, whether or not it is used; you actually need to purposely turn off the pool heat or you will be charged). The canal area is very tranquil and serene, with a few kayakers going by every once in a while for entertainment. Plenty of space to cook for a group and move around with ease. Plenty of towels and kitchen goods to do whatever you hope to do. Surprisingly, we especially appreciated the teapot! Thanks for a lovely solution to our last-minute lodging problem!
