Everything is onsite, including many fish and crab caught off the dock in the salt water canal. Park your boat at the dock for direct access to the Caloosahatchee River and the Golf of Mexico. Located only 7.4 miles from Cape Coral beach makes for easy access to the Ocean.

Book your stay today and start planning your dream vacation in paradise! Pool / Spa can be heated for $25 a day ($15 a day if your stay is three weeks or more). Standard Occupancy is 4 people, with an additional charge of $25 past 4 guests in the house up to 10 people. Willing to negotiate nightly fee.

Nice setting, Beautiful and spacious house. Location was great for us because it was close to family. Really no complaints, except Verbo isn't the easiest to communicate with.

We had a great stay for the month of January. The house was well appointed, and the location was close to grocery stores. Had good fishing right off the dock and it was nice watching the boats go by in the canal. We had only a minor complaint about the pool. It took most of the month for the pool company to get the water cleaned so we could use it. I'm sure it is cleaned up now as the host was pretty attentive.
