Samuel is a newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental, located in SW Cape Coral within walking distance to the Pelican Soccer complex featuring 4 soccer fields, play ground as well as Pelican Baseball complex, plenty of things to do for your children. The open kitchen and spacious living room is a great place for entertaining or watching TV with the family.
A south facing swimming pool, large under truss lounging area, outdoor couches as well as dining table are awaiting your arrival. The split bedroom house features an open floor plan with 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds and a children's room with one bunk bed sleeping 2 children.

We had a very nice time. House was perfect for our stay. Floors need to be washed, not just swept. Our feet were very dirty each day from walking in the floors.
