Welcome to our quiet, quaint & cozy house in the Pelican neighborhood of Cape Coral. Whether your on business, visiting family or just on vacation you can enjoy the sun, fun, peace & quiet at Pelican Landing

Just minutes away from Downtown Cape which has amazing restaurants, shopping & nightlife.

Take advantage of our south FL weather with a bicycle ride to one of our many parks (bikes provided) or a day at the Yacht Club with the local favorite Boathouse restaurant, small beach, community pool and tennis courts.

Ft.Myers beach, Captiva, Sanibel Island, Mattlacha, and lovers key are all within short drive. fishing charters, kayaking, waterpark and marina also within area.

Or feel free to just relax at home which hosts smart TVs in every room, Hi speed wifi, lounging area out back, covered patio, bbq grill and fire pit.

Be sure to make a fresh pot of coffee to start you day and blend or mix your favorite cocktail to bring in the night. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, and cookware for culinary needs.

Property is fully furnished and has extra linens and towels. Full size couch, king & queen bed and futon for extra sleeping/sitting. Dining room table, screened in patio, washer & dryer.

We are a dog friendly property. Doggy bed, large & small kennel and pet bowls available. Property is not fenced in so pets must be on a leash while out.

Cape Coral Visit
We appreciated all the little details Mike included at his vrbo rental to make it so comfortable and a real “home away from home”. The bottle of wine when we arrived was such a nice gesture! I always pay attention to those little things as well as to the cleanliness of any rental we’ve used and his is outstanding🙌 We would love to return to the Fort Myers area, hopefully for a longer time(stayed 4 nights). If that works for us in the future, I would certainly be checking his rental calendar for availability!

Nice Place, Great Host, Needs a Little Attention
We found this place to be very well appointed and comfortable. The host was very quick to respond to communications and to take action when we asked for something. The host left us w bottle of wine and a PUR water pitcher to filter the tap water and improve its taste. The location is good because it is close to stores, restaurants and attractions. But, Cape Coral Parkway can be a little noisy sometimes. The house is generally well-kept. There were a few minor maintenance issues that needed attention. And, the only reason that we did not give it a "5" was that the gas grille was not very functional and the dishwasher needed some attention. Overall, we had a nice stay.

The house was very spacious, neat, and tidy. Mike was very accommodating with any help that we needed. He was very quick to answer any questions and give us information when we needed it. ie a good mechanic. While we were staying at his property a storm came through and he was genuinely concerned about our well-being and safety.

Good space for up to 4 people, pretty clean, nice floors, bicycles available, quite neighborhood. closet doors need work, beds are soft, dishes and glasses are challenging.

The property that we stayed at is probably one of the older ones in Cape Coral, and as such could use a little bit of work. I couldn’t use the garage as it was full of furniture. The property could be cleaner as I found dust bunnies under the bed. I didn’t actually meet the owner either, I like to see who I am dealing with. He was nice when I talked to him, and he left us coffee and cleaning and laundry supplies and he left us a bottle of white wine and a bottle of red wine which my mother loved. Overall it was a positive stay, I think that the owner just needs to fix a few things and maybe check up on his cleaning people, and I think that he will be OK. Just clean out the garage, please.
