Villa Terrapin will leave you basking in the beautiful Florida sunshine! This spectacular home is in Northwest Cape Coral with a heated pool, and sleeping capabilities for 10, you and your guests will be living in the lap of luxury during your vacation. This Villa features outdoor fun for the whole family with a heated pool, outdoor pool table and ping ping table. Opening the front door, you will feel immersed into another world. This 4 Bedroom – 2 1/2 Bathroom villa boasts just over 2100 sq ft of tasteful décor with calming tones, space, and comfort to give you and your guests the much-needed Southwest Florida vacation you deserve.


This home is pet friendly for (MAX. 2) non-aggressive non-shedding dogs (up to 35 lbs) with a pet fee per pet (no cats).
Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Smoking is not allowed on the property.

Stay at Villa Terrapin

I want to start out saying overall the kids loved the pool and ping pong table, we used them everyday. The outdoor TV area was a big hit as well! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evening, it was very quiet and peaceful.However, I do want to call out a few issues that makes us hesitant to book again, we communicated all of this to the property manager prior too. We booked the place based on cleanliness reviews and amenities. When we arrived we walked into a big ant issue that ultimately required pest control to handle. The property manager was responsive and in a couple of days it was starting to get under control. We reported a few things they could address so hopefully future guests won't have to deal with that problem. At the time we stayed in mid February, the outdoor fireplace did not work and the pool table was unplayable. While the ant problem did not make for a relaxing vacation inside the house, the weather was beautiful so we could utilize the outdoor area which was very fun for the kids!

Fantastic hosts!

We made it into town a little bit earlier than our scheduled time and were able to communicate with our host and she accomodated us checkong in earlywith no issues! Great house and the kids adored the pool, space, and all the lizards! Would recommend for a Cape Coral visit+

Spring Break

House was great for family. Kids had own room. Everyone loved the outdoor space. Kids really enjoyed pool. Bedrooms were spacious and great showers. Outdoor pool bathroom a plus as well. Quiet neighborhood. Nicely decorated inside as well.

Nice pool and lanai area

Overall the property was clean and in good condition. It could use a bit of a refresh from new furniture (inside and out) and an inside paint job. The living room and lanai soft furniture has stains (looked like they were cleaning outline stains), the King bed had a lump in the middle. Very spacious, pool was warm and well maintained. Lanai had a TV which was nice to watch NCAA games while swimming. Nice space for us and our two pups. Overall it was a nice place to call home for 5 weeks.

Amazing week

We had a great stay and it felt like home. The kitchen had everything we needed. Extremely clean and comfortable furniture. Spent a lot of time in the lanai and pool area. Looking forward to our next trip back

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The best part was the lanai and pool. The pool did back up to a neighbor but there were some shrubs to help with privacy. We had a great stay and hated to leave.

Family summer getaway

Spacious bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths accommodated 7 adults very nicely. The lanai area was perfect for the family. We enjoyed the large patio area with tv, pool and ping pong and pool table. Nice kitchen and dining area. Living room was very nice.
