Lovely home in great neighborhood, convenient to everything Cape Coral, FL has to offer. Ideal for poolside relaxing, peace lovers, dining experiences, and those who love exploring the area and local stores.

The outdoor area is perfect for gatherings and watching the sunsets. The west exposure, the tropical landscaping, and the large heated pool area guarantee plenty of sun and stunning sunsets during your stay. The outdoor area features an oversized pool, some loungers, a dining table, and a BBQ.

The traditional style decorated home offers over 1,500sqft of living area with sliding doors overlooking the pool area, a smart TV in the living room, and a cozy dining area where you can enjoy your family mealtimes. The dining table can accommodate up to six people. The kitchen is equipped with older yet functional appliances. In addition to that, you'll find everything you need to prepare a meal during your vacation. All the bedrooms are equipped with good-quality mattresses, the master has a king size bed and the two other rooms have a queen size bed. In addition, the master suite features a smart TV.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. Please note it when making your reservation.

Perfect home away from home

We had a great stay at Villa Polish Palace South! The home was so comfortable - very warm and welcoming. It was very clean too! Extremely well stocked with lots of towels and linens, and the kitchen had everything you could need! We had a couple of questions and the response from management/owner was always very fast. The location was handy for shopping and restaurants. We thought the neighborhood was very nice and loved seeing the burrowing owls every day on our morning walks. The pool and lanai area was the nicest we have ever stayed at. So much space and so much seating. We spent most of our time there. If you are considering staying here you will not be sorry! We have already made our reservations for next year!

perfect get away and disconnect

Perfect get away for us. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but also only a few minutes away to stores and restaurants. It felt like it was a home away from home. Cleaning crew deserve 5 stars, absolutely spotless! We definitely recommend this place. Mary and Bruno - We will see you in our next trip to Cape Coral.
