This house is full of amenities:
•Comfortable sectional sofa in the living area, Smart Tv 70" and a futon bed nearby the dinning area.
•Kitchen totally equipped with an island breakfast bar to eat and go and modern stainless steal appliances
•Florida Room with a pool table, bar area and AMAZING VIEW to the exterior area.
•Laundry in residence - washer and dryer,
•Utility closet with iron, iron board and cleaning tools
•Spacious Master bedroom with a king bed, Flat TV, Armchair and sofa bed/futon
•2nd bedroom has a queen bed and Flat TV
•3rd bedroom has two twin-size beds, Flat TV and a single folding rollaway bed in the closet,

• $9,000.00 season rate

An electricity Deposit of $200.00 will be required after booking.

Lots of toys to keep visitors entertained

Lovely 3br cottage not far from a busy business district. The house was very clean and well equipped for a vacation stay. It included a game room with a billiard table; a lanai with a screened in pool, and a 2-man kayak. The only negatives were an overly complex lock system on the patio doors and a bed in the master BR that was so high it was very difficult for a couple of octagenarians like my wife and I to climb into,

Wonderful Family Trip

Thanks so much for a great time. We had a blast. We wished it had fishing poles but we made the best out of retractable poles we could bring home. We will be back.

Little bit of Paradise

Stayed at the beach house for a wedding in Fort Meyers. The house if perfect! Information from the manager was given well in advanced and was available if needed. Very well maintained with what looks like recent upgrades. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Had pool table and lots of other games to play. We opted for the pool to be heated and it was well worth it. So nice to hang in the pool. Loved the fire pit with a heater near it. Was nice to sit and have a cocktail. The location was close to downtown area which had tone of little restaurants. Great location, well stocked home and beautifully decorated. Only drawback we found was to definitely bring some extra blankets and towels. Only thin quilts on the beds and it was in the 50's when we visited so it was chilly. The towels in the bathroom were smaller and not bath sized towels. Other than that, it was such a pleasant experience.

Fabulous home with everything you need

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful vacation home. We had originally booked a different rental home in Cape Coral and found out a week before our trip that our reservation was canceled. What we thought was a crisis actually turned out for the better when we found this home. The location is ideal as it is located right along the road leading to the bridge out of Cape Coral over to Ft. Myers. The home was recently completely remodeled and everything is brand new. The layout works very well with the master bedroom located on one side of the home and the two bedrooms on the opposite side. The beds were all very comfortable and the showers were amazing. The living room had a large comfortable reclining sofa and very large TV. We enjoyed our visit to the area and we loved being able to relax at the home in the back yard area and swimming pool. The pool table was a nice activity as well. The owner has given this home a lot of love and decorated and supplied it completely. The property manager Miriam was easy to contact and she even made the effort to come to the home when we were having issues with the pool heat. We would highly recommend this home and would stay again if we come back to the area.

Florida in February

Lily's Beach House was very clean, has a wonderful "open" concept in the kitchen, dining, living room & sun room areas. Kitchen has ample dishes, glasses, cooking needs and no "leftover" items from past renters. Just a short drive to a good variety of restaurants & bars as well as Cape Coral farmers market. Heating the pool was well worth the extra cost. There was some traffic noise from nearby Cape Coral Parkway but our street area was quiet & private. An easy drive to Sanibel, Marco, Bonita & Fort Myers beaches.

Cute place! Worked great for 3 couples. Pool was great paid extra for pool heating was worth it.

Loved the pool area and additional room for billards. Was very close to walk to several fun restaurants and bars and shopping. Sitting area in living room was nice for our group of 6. Is just off the busy cape coral Pkwy so at times traffic can be loud however wouldn't be enough to not stay here again.
