We are excited to announce this new listing to Roelens Vacations!

Come relax at this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with over 2,000 sq ft of space and sleeping capabilities for 9! This home is on the canal with gulf access and a heated pool! This home also features a dock. As an added bonus you can also take the kayaks out to better see the serene landscape. The pool area provides plenty of seating to enjoy your time outside.

Upon entry, guests will fall in love with luxurious living area and high vaulted ceilings. In the living room, guests will find lots of seating perfect for them to sit down and relax as they watch their favorite movie or TV show on the Smart TV. In the kitchen, guests who love to cook will find everything they need to prepare their favorite meals. Two dining spaces, including one outside, gives guests options for they would like to enjoy their meals.
Port Royal has three bedrooms that feature King size beds giving guests lots of space to sleep and relax. In the den, guests will find a set of bunk beds that features one twin and one full, making it the perfect place for kids.

Guests will find the true highlight of this home outside. Guests will find a large custom heated pool. This pool is perfect for floating around or playing pool games. Plenty of outdoor seating gives guests options for where to relax and soak up the sun or watch the stunning sunrise over the canal.
Port Royal is located in a prime neighborhood in Cape Coral with close proximity to stores and restaurants. This home is the perfect Cape Coral vacation rental and will leave guests wishing they had planned a longer vacation.

The Chiquita Lock will be closed to boating access starting April 1st, the Corps of Engineers of the State of Florida, in charge of this project, may finish the project in 80 to 90 days so an exact end date cannot be given yet.

Highly recommend

We stayed in Port Royal Cape Coral in the neighborhood of Peninsula Point. The house is beautiful and prime location for fishing. The rooms are large and beautifully designed to comfortably accommodate lots of guests. Our family gatherings always include lots of cooking and the kitchen was large and equipped(Publix and Walmart down the road)We enjoyed the pool every day and enjoyed our nightly boat cruises through the canal with a short trip to the marina (Rum Runners and shopping was good!) The property manager Monica was wonderful she checked in on us throughout the whole stay always making sure we had everything we needed. The staff responds very quickly to emails and text messages. Overall we had the best family trip and will definitely be a returning customer! Highly recommended!! Thank you to everyone at Roelens - Kim and Paul

Our stay was overall great. Location and communications was great. The inside of property was dated an not a clean as I would expect. Furniture, carpet had many big stains that could easily be cleaned if take the time. Kids loved the pool (as a pool owner) I wished it was a little cleaner could see starts of algea. The teenagers loved fishing of the dock and we loved the morning sunrises. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND the rental as location and space was great. Just slightly disappointed in the fact we are charged a cleaning fee and honestly feel it was not done for us. I understand its a rental just thought it would have been higher standard as the area warrants that.

Very dated

Thus home is very dated and has plumbing issues. We had 6 15-22 year old girls with us and couldn't all shower in their bathroom had to use ours (parents) the shower tub combo in their bathroom didn't drain. It took several hours to fully drain. If i would have had small children i needed to bathe i would have not bern happy at all. The patio door to the lanai was hard to open and the handle was broken. If we would have wanted to cook there i would have been more upset. Not much as for dishes. Luckily we were basically using the home for sleeping and showering since my sister lives down there. Beautiful neighborhood and lots abd lots of towels was a major plus. the handle was broken. slidinthe patio
