Welcome to this wonderous home, "Villa at Sunshine Funtime." This large canal home offers over 2,600 square feet of space, with its 4 bedroom's all with ensuite bathrooms, is sure to "wow" you and your guests from the moment of entry. You will love the pool and spa combo as well as the outdoor tiki on the dock!

This home features 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, 3 of the bedrooms having king beds with the last fourth guest room hosting a queen bed. You will enjoy the contemporary styling throughout the home. The large open floor plan with the kitchen makes this home perfect for friends or family to gather around and make a meal together. You will enjoy beautiful views from the living room.

You will enjoy the pool and spa combo along with the large lanai area. There is plenty of room and loungers to soak up the Florida Sun. You and your guests will enjoy views of the canal.

Wonderful Property in Cape Coral

We enjoyed two weeks at this Cape Coral property and will definitely be back! The property managers, and the owner were amazing. Highly recommend!

Quiet and Relaxing

Very nice, clean house, in a quiet neighborhood. Pool area overlooks the canal, and outdoor covered eating area is a nice alternative space for meals. House was a good choice for our adult family with separate bathrooms in each bedroom.
