The space
Welcome to Coral Cove, a luxury residence. Located on the freshwater Caramba Canal in SW Cape Coral, close to dining, shopping, grocery, banking and most of your vacation needs. Recently refreshed with beach decor throughout. This waterfront home boasts 3 generously sized bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (one is a pool bath) and a den that also serves as an extra bedroom. The master suite with direct lanai access features a California king-sized bed with 2 walk in closets, a spa -like bathroom with dual vanities, a walk in shower with a free standing soaking tub. There are televisions in every bedroom.
The kitchen is amazing with stainless steel appliances, TWO kitchen islands, quartz countertops throughout and a breakfast nook.There is a beautiful dining area next to the fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, you can enjoy your favorite beverage either poolside or canal-side with ample seating for everyone. the swimming pool can be enjoyed year-round as it has a pool heater.
