Relax in a waterfront home in the highly desirable South Cape near our only beach and on a quiet cul-de-sac street in walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Sparkling clean and filled with natural light, the house flows from one room to the next and then out to the screened lanai and heated pool. Stay cool with our central AC or open screened windows. Many bonuses including dock, boat lift, Weber Summit grill, new TVs, new mattresses with 400 thread count sheets, and Supima cotton towels.
