"The property overall was clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a knot of hair in the bedsheets. The kitchen has been updated and there is a good size living room. The bathroom is tiny!!! We found the beds to be uncomfortable, with and without the extra matress. The bed in the smaller.bedroom is broken and would roll around the room sometimes. Neighbor has a junkyard in their backyard. Property is very close to a beautiful beach. For a budget price it is worth it."

"This has been our FAVORITE thusfar. Plenty of space, a block from the local part (not busy) of Virginia Beach. EVERY detail was thought of and was included. Beach Chairs, Beach carry wagon, FLUFFY beach towels! Bedsc were great! Bathrooms roomy. Garage with ADDITIONAL washer and dryer. The outside shower to rinse feet, etc keeps everything neat. Gosh, i could go on and on! But... then our next dates MAY not be available because YOU'LL have booked! LOVE LOVE LOVE this space!"

Some things to consider…one bedroom is on the first floor, but both the full baths are on the second floor, so if you have anyone in your group with mobility issues, this is not the best place. "Wonderful owners with phenomenal communication. They were very patient and super responsive to messages. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. "The communication and customer service of the host was the worst Ive EVER experienced. They tried to charge hidden fees and when questioned told multiple stories. They also had appraiser show up at the property at 830 one of the morings of our stay eith no notification to theur guests stay there. There were hazards in the house and no interenet. If i could get a refund i absolutely would. The only good thing about our stay was the beautfiul location."

"We camw for a tournament on Memorial Day Weekend. We were very happy with the place. It is not the newesr kf places, so it apears veey dated, but it covers the basic needs very well and then some! We like the seperate living area and the full kitchen table, since we like to get food snd eat smaller meals in the room to save money.
