This unique vacation rental is the ultimate getaway for space enthusiasts and adventurers alike! This penthouse has a private balcony where you can witness rocket launches & landings from the comfort of your own space. Situated just minutes away from local dining, & attractions.

Host is located locally within the complex and is available as needed. Host allows the guest to define interaction.

Oceanfront complex in a quiet residential neighborhood with 700 feet of private beach. No nearby public parking makes this beach perfect for families and watching your children. Bike rentals allow you to cruise the neighborhood like a local. Enjoy this serene space in this beautifully renovated gated property. 1 mile away to the port has great restaurants, charter fishing, fishing party boats, gambling boat, and parasailing. This spot is it! Want more nightlife? Head 3 miles down the road to Cocoa Beach. Looking for shopping? Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Cocoa Beach Surf Company, and many shops abound in this area or take a short drive to Cocoa Village for a great walkable shopping experience with unique shops!

You will be provided with your gate code and unit code for contactless check in.

The spacious interior is elegantly designed with modern touches and an open layout. One bedroom is furnished with plush king-sized bed and premium linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The other is furnished with a plush Queen size bed with premium linens. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for whipping up meals to enjoy in the stylish dining area or alfresco on the balcony. Plus, high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs provide all the comforts of home.

The property boasts 2 charcoal grilling areas for preparing that meal to dine in.

Rental cars are recommended in order to enjoy all that the area offers! However, there are local bike rental companies that will deliver to the property. Also, Uber does serve this area.

This unit is amazing with a great view of the Blue Origin launchpad, and the ocean. It was clean with nice linens, and comfortable furniture and details. We loved it and we will be returning! Thank you for the great stay!
