Like you, we vacation to the area for the beach & beach view. In a perfect world, we wouldn't have to take our eye off it. At Canaveral Towers 610, you will about as close to that perfect dream vacation as possible - not only are you on the beach (literally don't need to cross a street) you have beach & endless ocean views from nearly every part of the condo!

This condo is very spacious (~1,500 sq feet) with multiple balconies overlooking the ocean that are large enough for 8 to sit & enjoy a happy hour or dinner. It's perfect for families & groups up to 8 that want that perfect beach vacation together & have the privacy of 3 bedrooms. All 8 guests can sleep in beds & that's not counting the queen sofa sleeper & pack 'n play in case come kids can't sleep in the same room.

This was a wonderful condo. Plenty if room for all of us. The bathroom was remodeled and lively. Close to beach and pool. We saw the space launch from balcony incredible. We will be back.

A great relaxing vacation with the family. Beautiful ocean views, pool and amenities were spot on. The boogie boards and golf putters were used daily. Kids had a ball as we all did. We hate to leave but hope to return one day. Thank you for this memory

This is an absolutely beautiful unit that is quite spacious, has gorgeous views, and is wonderfully clean and well decorated! The management team was attentive and thoughtfully concerned that everything was in order (and, it was perfect!). It was a complete delight to vacation here and, when we return, we will try to get this exact unit again!!! We loved it! Thank you for an incredible vacation!

I've stayed at Canaveral Towers with Stay in Cocoa Beach a couple times now, and it's always been pleasant. The unit is conveniently located close to food, shopping, and other amenities in a nice neighborhood. And it's right on the beach! Inside it's clean and comfortable, and the beach-chic decor is nice. Since I was staying on business, I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen that saved having to eat out all the time. My only complaint is that the key needs to be picked up from and returned to a lock box on another property a few miles away. Otherwise, great!

Great: Pool, cleanliness of condo, great location with everything convenient. Saw to rockets launched from space center from Condo balconies (great view). Refrigerator was the only negative thing. Self is broken making produce drawers unusable. We never could get the freezer cold enough to totally freeze icecream, biscuits etc. Over all great Condo "610" you cant go wrong!

The place was great and everything we needed it to be. There was a few problems but I know those are hard to avoid. Two of the chairs were broken and the dishwasher ran but didn’t clean the dishes so we had to dishes by hand the entire week and with a group of 6 that is a lot of dishes. Also the 2nd elevator being out of service was a big inconvenience and I hope it gets fixed soon so other guest don’t have the long waits we had unless we wanted to carry everything from the beach up 6 flights of stairs. Even with these inconveniences we still had a great time!

Great view. However, condo and amenities in need of good upgrade for this price. Kitchen appliances in poor shape. Mattresses uncomfortable. Linens bargain basement. One bath has old model disability shower. Key retrieval from property manager ridiculously outdated and inconvenient. One elevator inoperable. Other one slow. Grounds nice but back gate to beach broken. Just too many negatives for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The condo was exactly as the pictures. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were all comfy except for the Master king bed. You had to sleep towards the center because the sides made you roll off. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils. We traveled there about a week after the hurricane so I called to make sure the condo, pool and grounds were okay. I was told everything would be ready when we arrived. We arrived on Saturday and the pool wasn’t working until Friday. The day before we left. There were 2 elevators and 1 was out of service most of the week. It did start working possibly on Wednesday, but when 5 of us got in the door closed and stopped working. We had to wait around 15 minutes until the maintenance guy got the door opened. It wasn’t a perfect week, but we did have a good time. I understand the timing wasn’t the best.

We stayed at the Canaveral Towers and we had a great time! Beautiful view of the beach! The condo was large, comfortable, and very clean. Highly recommend you stay here if visiting Cocoa Beach. Perfect spot to see NASA rocket launches!

We loved this place. But I must agree with previous reviewers the mattress on every bed needs to changed out. My husband layed down on one king and his butt almost sunk to the floor. If you have a bad back like myself these beds are not for you. The views were great incredible of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall it is a great place to stay only one draw back the very worn mattress.

Our family loved this condo - it is just as good as it looks in the photos! Super clean and nice updates in kitchen and bathrooms. The beach is literally steps away and is nice and quiet. The pool is great and the shuffleboard was a big hit too. Love this location and condo - highly recommend!

Property highlighted *new*. Maybe referred to listing rather than condition. All photos were accurate. Condition of contents was fair at best. Worn mattresses and linen. Some kitchen cabinets velcroed in place. Bathroom showers were barely functional. Rehab of some years ago doesn't appear professional. Positive side- great location, wonderful views. One large and one smaller balcony on end unit directly viewing the ocean.

The condo was beautiful. We loved the private balcony off the master bedroom. Had an issue with the air conditioning for one day. The owner had it repaired the next morning, offered another unit for the night and issued a generous discount for the inconvenience. Only con was the bathrooms are not great for bathing young children. Would absolutely stay again.

My family and I decided to visit Cape Canaveral because my son wanted to see the launch of SpaceX. The location was perfect for viewing. The property was perfect for our family. The only downside was the spare bathroom. I did notice when I made the reservation that it was a walk-in tub/shower, but I didn’t realize exactly how small it was until we arrived. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the shower curtain wasn’t constantly clinging onto me. I couldn’t stand taking a shower there, so I ended up using the shower in the master bedroom/bathroom. When speaking to an employee who worked at the property they mentioned that this unit was going to be updated this summer. Keep your fingers crossed that they take out that handicap tub. The master shower is large and they had a shower chair in the master closet for use if needed. Other than that one complaint our stay at this property was perfect.

This condo has stunning views from sunrise to sunset. Seeing the cruise ships in the distance daily was truly beautiful. The kitchen was stocked and the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were a nice touch.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. We all enjoyed the pool and the 2 minute walk to the beach. Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was clean and looked updated. We loved the fact that you had to have a key to access any of the amenities. We felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time at Canaveral Towers. Beautiful condo & beach. Great restaurants nearby. We rented a pontoon boat one day & cruised the Banana River. Everything was perfect.
