We loved our stay here. We were worried about it being on the ground floor but the kids loved going outside and running in the grass after dinner every night. It was very private and was convenient for loading and unloading— being on the ground floor. The kids could run to the pool and back and it had easy access to the beach. Updated decor made for a welcoming atmosphere. There were books for me and the kids. Washer and dryer are a must for our big family and this unit has a nice new one. It had everything we needed. We will be booking this unit again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our family. We absolutely love the location and the kind neighbors. We do have a couple of things that we would recommend to make the experience a 5 instead of a 4 rating. The sink faucets are clogged with lime so the water cones out very slowly. The hot tub was actually more of a luke warm tub, not hot at allThere is a cover over the mattress on the couch in the big bedroom that looks like it has blood stains on it. We pulled the couch out but immediately put it back after we saw it. Thank you very much for allowing us to use the property. It was a nice reprieve from the cold weather and day to day life. Happy New Year!

We were so impressed by the nice accommodations at this condo! We were attending a grandparent’s memorial so it was uplifting to be able to walk just a few steps to enjoy a peaceful walk on the beach! Everything was very clean and comfortable! Would love to stay here again!!

As charming as it looks in the pics, this condo was perfect. It had all the amenities we needed, was very clean and had very comfy beds. While the first floor unit lacks a great view of the ocean, you more than make up for that in the super quick and easy access to the beach and pool. Highly recommend.

Everything was exactly as presented. Needed a last minute getaway for my wife and myself without breaking the bank and found this unit. Perfect for our needs and as it was on the beach we were sold. Looking forward to booking a post thanksgiving visit at this point as we are only an hour away. Thanks to the owners for a great visit.

Super easy check in. Room us as pictured. No beach view, but having the grassy area for our 2 year old to run around and play on was worth giving up the view. Hot tub was great and the pool was warm enough to swim in. We really have zero complaints! It was perfect

Loved our condo! Plenty of space for the four of us. Kitchen completely stocked with cooking supplies. The covered patio on the first floor was great but would have been SO much better if my view of the ocean wasn't blocked by the landscape - otherwise perfect! Easy access to the beach. Pool & hot tub, plus the sauna -- BONUS! Would absolutely stay here again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation stay at the Cape Winds Condo in Cocoa Beach. Condo was spacious, clean and had everything we required to include beach gear (chairs, umbrella, kids toys, beach towels). Located right on the beach front made it super easy to grab our stuff for a short walk out onto a pristine beach that was never crowded. Being able to eat lunch & dinner in the condo was great, kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some delicious meals. Condo located not far from pier, shopping, & attractions. Highly recommend this rental.

It’s perfect. It’s on the beach …. Even though you can’t see the ocean from the ground floor unit, you are right there on the beach and it’s beautiful. The resort is in a quiet area that’s lovely yet close to Cocoa Beach. The unit is beautifully decorated and has a large master bed and bathroom. It’s so spacious and pretty! Check in was super easy and communication was outstanding. We had a wonderful time !

We stayed here for 4 nights. It felt like home as soon as we got here. Had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. A short walk to the beach that wasn't crowded. Nice private area to sit outside and read. We didn't get a chance to swim in the pool because it was closed everyday till 4pm for building mantainence. Would recommend this condo and would stay here again. Thanks Breanne for letting us in early.
