This beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment sleeps 2 people with 1 queen bed and is located in the city of Cape Canaveral, Florida. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is 22 minutes away and NASA Space Center is less than 30 minutes. The apartment is 42 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, 5 minutes from Port Canaveral, 12 minutes from Downtown Cocoa Beach, and 32 minutes from the Brevard Zoo.

The Community Center at Canaveral City Park is a sustainable, state of the art, 24,000 sq. ft. venue that promotes health, fitness, and offers an array of life-enriching wellness opportunities for residents and visitors alike. It is designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents through a mix of organized, accessible recreational and social programs.
The Splash Pad at Canaveral City Park does not require a membership, it is open to the public! :)
HOUSE RULES
1. All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2. Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.
3. Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
4. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6. Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
7. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
8. There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.
9. No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.
REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.
The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

- Set the thermostat to 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Please leave our coffee, creamer, and sugar in the designated area.
- Leave beds unmade - sheets, blankets, comforter and pillows on the bed - no need to strip the bed!
- Leave used towels in a pile in the bathtub/shower.
- Log out of all streaming apps you logged into on the televisions.
- Be sure all windows are closed and locked.
- Please be sure the door is locked as you leave - If applicable, place the key in the lockbox and scramble the code.
