This rental for 6 people offers:

On the ground floor:
- A 25 m² veranda with a dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and microwave
- A living room with a dining table, sofa, and television
- A bedroom with a 140 cm bed and built-in wardrobes
- A shower room with WC
- A pantry

Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes
- A bedroom with two 90 cm beds
- A bathroom with WC

Private parking space.
Access to the residence's swimming pool: open from June 15 to September 30.

Cleaning and linens are not included in the rental. Contact us for rates. Upon handing over the keys, two security deposits will be required: one of €800 for the accommodation and one of €130 for the end-of-stay cleaning.

One pet is allowed in the property with a €20 supplement for the stay.
