This charming 22 m2 apartment, nestled on the second and last floor of a residence without elevator, is ideally designed to accommodate two people. In the entrance you have convenient storage, and direct access to the bathroom. The heart of the apartment consists of a bright living room, furnished with a comfortable sitting area and a small open kitchen, perfect for meals for two.
A mezzanine, cozy and intimate, offers a warm sleeping area for two people. You will also enjoy the spacious terrace, which allows you to enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding gardens and canal, ideal for relaxing in the open air.
In addition, a private parking space on the air parking is available for your convenience. A perfect living environment for a getaway or a quiet and functional residence.
