It enjoys an ideal location, quiet, under the pines and oaks of a 100 m² private garden with terrace.
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have brought to this charming patio villa all the necessary comfort. The villa is located in a quiet area, away from parking lots and passageways and in the most shaded part of the residence. We provide you with bikes for adults and adolescents (with a deposit request of 100 euros), beach games, tennis rackets, pétanque balls, deckchairs, garden furniture, board games. The garden is planted with trees and invites you to relax. The proximity to the beach, forest paths, cycle paths and the swimming pool of the residence will also allow you to spend a more sporty stay. You will certainly appreciate the meals taken on the large terrace.
There are two bedrooms in the accommodation, one on the ground floor with a 160 x 200 cm bed, one in a closed mezzanine which is accessed by a spiral staircase, with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. x 190 cm.
