This recent residence is very well designed with lots of green spaces, it is inhabited all year round and is located 10 minutes from the summer bustle, interior traffic is reserved for pedestrians, a beautiful children's play area between the buildings B AND it's very nice. Hossegor is 1900m away by cycle paths.
