"Hotellets personale er fantastiske, her får du bedre service enn normalt i Italia, de er raskt på, følger opp og er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Rengjøringen av rom kunne vart bedre, fant skitten flekk på både dyne og pute. Wifi dekning var ikke så bra på rom hvilket gjør det utfordrende når man har lite 5G dekning. TV fungerte ikke på rom."

"They have bed bags on the bed we didn’t sleep the night there we were obligated to change the hotel because there is no receptionist working there at night and they charge is for the night"

"Beautiful peaceful location but only 20 minutes from Lucca, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Room spacious and comfortable with a great view. Swimming pool great a really relaxing stay. Restaurant next door also very good food 😊"

"I gestori gentilissimi, ottimo servizio, unico appunto migliorerei il materasso del letto singolo Il retto tutto ottimo"

"La mia esperienza è stata positiva. Ambiente ospitale e pulito. Mi dispiace non aver trovato né l'asciugacapelli in camera né il telecomando dello splitter per scaldare leggermente la camera"

"Excelente "

"Bra!!!"

"Rilassarsi in un luogo incantevole, godere della bellezza e bontà della natura, personale gentile (sia in struttura che al ristorante). Ottima esperienza. PS. L'olio è buonissimo!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa San Michel in Lucca’s countryside. The setting was peaceful and beautiful, and the staff made everything easy. Linda at the front desk was especially helpful, from calling taxis to offering great local advice. Breakfast was another highlight, with excellent cappuccino and espresso included, plus fresh pastry, eggs, and a nice variety of food. We’d happily return and recommend Villa Saint Michel to anyone visiting the area. The dinner restaurant was also a...

"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Marco. Pietro was kind and knowledgeable and the staff at breakfast were also extremely nice and fast to respond. Breakfasts were fine and the room was very comfortable. The bar came in handy as well. Here are the only negatives: no facial tissues (not a huge deal but it was just a bit strange. So here's the only REAL problem: the cleaning staff were EXTREMELY loud starting at 8 AM in the hallway outside our room. Loud talking, laughing, banging stuff,...

"The La Monastica resort was a wonderful place with a staff who were exceptionally welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location and grounds were beautiful with some modern influences in decor but really maintaining the overall old world charm and aesthetic of the monastery. We really enjoyed time in the bar playing cards and drinking some great cocktails."

"Awesome hotel, convenient walking distance. Enjoyed it very much."

"The spa needs some maintenance and the overall vib of the hotel needs to be improved. It wasn’t a bad stay but there should be improvement at the property."

"La habitación excelente. Aunque las habitaciones superiores están en un edificio como a 100 mts. del edificio principal."

"We loved everything about this hotel. Convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast and was in a great location. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Lucca."
