Big panoramic house in the Lucca hills. Pool, garden, WiFi, Aircon

"First off, this property was in an ideal location for us, as my wife was born in Tuscany, about 10-15 minutes from her hometown. It was centrally located to Pisa, Lucca, Florence and not too far from the Cinque Terrae. The property itself was nice but the house left a little to be desired. The bedrooms were on the second and third floors, as were the bathrooms, so if you needed to use the bathroom, you had to walk up to your appropriate level. The kitchen was very small and could have been stocked better with utensils, etc. Also, the chairs there were not the most comfortable. The living room was even smaller and the TV was the size of a computer monitor. Would I rent here again? Maybe but I would first look at other places."

"Beautiful peaceful location but only 20 minutes from Lucca, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Room spacious and comfortable with a great view. Swimming pool great a really relaxing stay. Restaurant next door also very good food 😊"

"Die Übergabe des Hauses verlief reibungslos. Das Haus entsprach den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung aus dem Internetauftritt. Die Gastgeberin antwortete schnell und freundlich auf unsere Fragen. Die Aussicht auf das Lucca-Tal war hervorragend. Auch führen Wanderwege am Haus vorbei und waren für uns mit zwei Hunden wundervolle Gassirunden. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist teilweise unbefestigt und sollte nicht mit Sportwagen befahren werden.Zusammengefasst kann ich die Unterkunft für Familien und Hundebesitzer sehr empfehlen. Auch der Preis ist dementsprechend angemessen."

"We had a wonderful week with friends at the villa. It really is beautifully decorated inside and has lovely soft furnishings throughout the villa. The kitchen is very well equipped and it's all very spacious so perfect for the 8 people we were.The real attraction of the villa for us was the pool and outdoor space and the pool certainly got a lot of use! It was perfectly maintained with someone coming to check the chlorine levels and top it up so it was always in perfect condition. There was a large table for 8 people outside and several loungers and a day bed. We always managed to move things round to get some shade as the sun moved as it was really hot during our visit.A hire car is a must and there are lots of little villages to explore. The nearest supermarket is just 3 minutes away by car and there are good restaurants less than 10 minutes drive from the villa. The local bus remained a mystery with only 2 or 3 busses a day apparently and no busses after 8pm according to a taxi driver we met so I wouldn't rely on using the bus.The check in process could not have been easier with Filippo coming to meet us and explain everything. He was in regular contact and could answer all our questions.It was a lovely week for us all and we'd love to go back!"

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus und waren rundum zufrieden. Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin: Sie war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen hat sie uns schnell weitergeholfen und uns mit vielen tollen Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir, dass sie uns sogar in einem Restaurant einen Tisch reserviert hat.Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen und sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!"
