"The Beau Rivage was a very local hotel. The staff spoke very little English, which is something to be aware of if you don't speak French. The staff were very friendly, but didn't know much about getting around; how to arrange a visit to La Citadelle or the buses to the Dominican Republic. I went to another hotel to arrange this. "It is like the place does not exist at all. my group and I were stranded in Cap Haitien whith no where to go the owner did not give the address and was no where to be found by phone or otherwise. This place should taking off this platform."
