"Great experience! Quiet, clean, great location (only 10km from Mahon), easy parking, variety of food, staff always polite and smiling (from Sara and Racquel at front desk to Beatriz and Maria Jesus in restaurant). Just clarify any doubts at front desk from using mini bar to staying around pool area so no confusion later on (basically listen carefully for the instructions even if its all inclusive). I would highly recommend you stay at this Hyatt property!"

"L’annonce décrit une maison pour 4 avec une chambre , et en plus un canapé lit, il s’agit d’un studio / une seule pièce mitoyen , voisins très proches. L’unique couchage est donc le canapé lit hors d’âge d’une saleté repoussante, on sent la structure le matelas est fait des différents coussins , on y dort très mal. Tous les textiles sont sales/taches ( coussins des banquettes , linge de toilette, fauteuils extérieurs) . Pas de poubelle pas de torchon de cuisine , pas de poêle, vaisselle grasse)....

"Great location for a family holiday with little kids. Apartment was spacious with massive balcony and very well equipped for a self catering holiday. Pool area is ideal and lovely views of the bay. It could get quite busy and not always easy to get a sunlounger but no worse than most places. Very easy access to the beach below which we found was usually quite quiet.
