"Nos hemos sentido muy acogidos, ya que llegamos antes de la hora de entrada y nos dejaron dejar las maletas para poder ir a hacer la comprar para nuestra estancia de vacaciones. La comunicación con la dueña muy buena ya que podia ser via mail y contestaba al momento o sino con su num de contacto wattsapp. Hemos estado muy bien en el apartamento, es pequeño pero perfecto."

"Bel appartement conforme aux photos idéalement situe sur l ile de minorque pour pouvoir circuler sur les différents centres d interet. L appartement est très bien équipé, lumineux avec une très belle terrasse sans vis à vis et situé dans un endroit calme mais tout de même proche des commodites. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants et c est un réel plus. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour un séjour de qualité sur minorque"

"On the arrival day nobody was there. We had to wait a long time and could not contact the owner. Another hotel with locals helped us. They managed to contact the owner otherwise we had to sleep in our car maybe. Afterwards the owner said he was in a meeting and forgot that we arrive today. Balcony is defect, rusty fridge…."

"We stayed for 5 days just perfect and near amenities the baclonie has the sun there at teatime till late so perfect times for not burning the apartment was clean and inviting with a birthday message for my friend ❤ its a little hiiy to get to amenities but not hard and a lovely walk we 60 and plus and managed 😀 and its down hill on way back .. its only 20 euros by taxi from airport and easily found xxx cove bar near us is a must 👌 only 7.50 euro by taxi ... ill be back .. the owners are a text...

"This is a house which has been filled with love. The real-life pictures are beautiful. We had 7 happy days with all the comforts at hand. The bonus of being able to go next door to the resort Nelva and use their pool and drink and eat lovely food was precious! Shirley was THE BEST HOST with constant contact on whatsapp. Nothing was too much trouble."

"Small, clean 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Lovely location right by the gated swimming pool and stairs to the apartment block. Good parking and great view from the balcony. Easy access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and bars. Great communication with owner - Nigel Downside no air conditioning. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend the apartment as a good base."

"The apartment was perfect for us! There was a beautiful view from the porch. The shower was lovely, and the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing that was a problem was that the pool was very hard to access, so we just didn’t use it. It wasn’t an issue because we preferred swimming in the sea."

"L’annonce décrit une maison pour 4 avec une chambre , et en plus un canapé lit, il s’agit d’un studio / une seule pièce mitoyen , voisins très proches. L’unique couchage est donc le canapé lit hors d’âge d’une saleté repoussante, on sent la structure le matelas est fait des différents coussins , on y dort très mal. Tous les textiles sont sales/taches ( coussins des banquettes , linge de toilette, fauteuils extérieurs) . Pas de poubelle pas de torchon de cuisine , pas de poêle, vaisselle grasse)....

"J'ai été très déçu par le rapport qualité/prix de cette location. Pour moi, elle ne vaut pas plus de 50€. Arrivée avec des fourmis et le sol sol. Électroménager vêtus, pas de torchon ni de vaisselle. Etc.... Dommage la piscine est sympa et ce n'est pas très loin de la mer...."
