"Amazing hotel "

"i have been in hotels in different countries but this hotel was very bad experience for me and my family the activities in the hotel is very good specially for kids but the hygiene levels is 0 i was asking 4_5 times until they clean my room i wait two days until the room cleaner came, also there's no laundry in the hotel there's no service that they take your clothes to clean i was shocked, the food was fine but not very good, in the room there's no kettle or any tea or coffee "

"The place was lovely , located right in the central location , brilliant connections buses in front of the hotel, beach walk 3 minutes, shops around! Hotel was very clean and housekeeping services were brilliant, room was spotless everyday, Hotel had many slides and my kids loved it! The obnly thing was missing is kettle and coffee in rooms:)"

Déçu de l’accueil car je suis arrivée vers midi avec des enfants on m’a dit que l’entrée se faisait à 17 h sauf que lors de la réserva j’avais vu 15h donc pas respecté j’ai donc payé 30) pour entrée plus tôt car l’appartement était prêt mais pas très propre. Couché de poussière sur les étagères des armoires miettes de pain derrière les pieds de la table. Et canapé avec puces car on s’est fait piquer. La piscine est froide et personne ne...
