"The Villa was basic but clean, did the job and we had a really lovely week. The pool and outdoor seating area were great and where we spent most of the time. The walk to the beach isn't too far but is down a lot (130!) of very steep steps which won't be good for anyone with mobility issues. It's 2 mins walk from Club Menorca which was a stunning place to drink/eat. Bit surprised I booked via vrbo and then was contacted by Agni Travel and then Sun Villas but all were very responsive and helpful...

"The house is large and beautiful as others have described. Son Bou is also very pretty and has the longest, very beautiful sandy beach in Menorca. There are no beach front houses since there is a lagoon behind the beach so the larger more desirable houses are in the hills and you need to use stairs or drive to get to the beach. "We had a great stay in this lovely house. The communication from the property manager and the owner was excellent throughout. The house was in nice quiet location, but also a ten minute walk from local bars and restaurants. There was a sandy beach fifteen minutes walk away. Thoroughly recommend this property."

"Property was lovely and Maria and her son was very helpful and lovely people. The property is about 30 minute walk to the marina, and I was with the elderly and young so I’d suggest a car if this is the case for you. Other then that we all had a wonderful holiday."

"This was an amazing villa right on the sea front. The aircon in the bedrooms was a welcome relief from the heat. I wish the living room also had aircon as it was uncomfortably hot, however the large outside space and pool was where we spent most of our time (bring mosquito repellent for the evenings). The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance and right on the beach. I would have no issues recommending this villa."

"Villa is true to the pictures and was very clean on arrival. Check in process was easy with no interaction face to face. For a family group the property lacked living space aside from the bedrooms and could have been a little more child friendly. Not the fault of the property itself but the location is a good walk away from the restaurants and beach and the walk is tough and all very uphill. There are steps but these are not suitable for buggies."

"This place was perfect for the 2 of us. Close to the store for groceries and a short distance to the ocean for a lovely evening stroll and watch the amazing sunset! We used the pool daily and sometimes x2 a day. The x2 BBQ's that was listed was not useable as rusty and full of water. A bit of an ant problem but it was dealt with the same day. It was a treat to have our sheets changed x2 in the 4 weeks we were there and fresh towels. If there was ever a concern, Heike always answered us the same...
