"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

"We are one month into our European trip and have stayed at 10 different places so far but this has been the best by far .Yes it has 54 steps to get to the rooms and I have a broken foot so it wasn't easy but it was worth it .Lovely rooms - loads of space, well equipped kitchen and laundry and comfy beds .Then there was the outside terrace with views to die for.We stayed 6 nights and didn't want to leave .Menton is wonderful and this place is well situated between 2 great beaches .Loved it"

"A group of 6 women (all over 45) on a long weekend to Nice. The apartment was just fab. Really nice decoration, one bathroom per bedroom, very comfortable beds (and quality bedding and pillows) and the location is amazing (right where you want to be). The only negative is it's very noisy due to being located on a busy street so some of our party struggled with the noise at night - but we knew that would be the case as you can't have that location and expect it to be quiet! "This worked perfectly for me and my friend. Amazing location and had everything we needed. They have used the space really wisely! The only thing we were surprised by was the amount of stairs we had to climb with our luggage to get to the apartment. We have also been moved out of the accommodation for 7 days and have not yet heard of our deposit return."
