"The staff was very friendly and professional. We loved the fact that there were different restaurants to choose to dine on property without having to leave property. We ate on my actual Birthday6/10/25 at the steakhouse and the staff was great and the food was magnificent also the staff came out with dessert and sang Happy Birthday, next day we ate at the Asian restaurant which was beautiful as well as the others and the food and staff were magnificent. Third day we ate at the Italian restaurant with wonderful staff. Those were actually the nights we dressed up and actually felt like we were at a 5 star restaurant. There were other wonderful restaurants on the property like the wood fire pizza, the burger grille spot and also the dessert/ ice cream and red velvet dessert spot. All of the staff were awesome and polite and I definitely recommend to stay here because it’s definitely a cut above the rest. We have been traveling for years around the world and we have stayed at Sandals, The Ritz Carlton and number of All inclusive resorts. This by far tops all. Our room was the Junior Luxury Suite King with ocean view. The staff was very helpful. There were several beautiful seating areas to lounge all around the Sanctuary. We loved it and would definitely recommend this beautiful and peaceful location."

"We stayed in the Preferred club part of the resort and absolutely loved it! It was quiet and very clean. The service from the staff was the best we have ever experienced. Everyone is so friendly and kind and very helpful. The food was amazing and the staff genuinely only cares about you having a great experience over anything else. I would recommend this resort over any other one in the area. Our concierge Luis was very friendly and helpful and he is largely another reason we would love to go back as soon as we can! "

"One of the best hotels I've stayed in (and I've stayed at many hotels). Obviously this is a brand new hotel and you can tell. Everything is sparkling new. Everything has been so well thought out. The attention to detail is just insane. Check in was a little slow but we were offered beautiful drinks and a cool towel which was a nice touch. The staff were so kind and sweet with my 2 year old boy - playing with him and giving him attention. The room was stunning (we were upgraded). The views - breathtaking. Then our butler arrived. They offered us coffees throughout and waters. Butler service was good but can be improved and refined. A few times we waited longer than needed for our drinks. I'm sure with time, they will improve this service that they offer. Hotel facilities are divine. Dining is pricey but amazing. Be prepared to spend a lot of money to eat at this hotel (if you come to PC you know eating out is expensive anyway!). The spa treatment was very expensive but worth every penny. I would have used the spa for longer. Their relaxation area is amazing and the nibbles they provided were gorgeous. One of the best treatments I've ever had. For $195 I would expect nothing less! I would 100% return - if they don't raise their prices too much (which they most likely will and so they should!) Check out was also too slow. They are still working on their processes but apart from that I highly recommend. "

Highly recommend this property, Nicole the administrator was always a message away to make sure we had no issues. Sadly weren’t able to use Claudia the cook, heard amazing things about her, will definitely be coming back in the future to this gorgeous place :)"
