"Our stay at Sanctuary was excellent, the property was beautiful, with a very calming vibe. All of the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to be around. The room was beautifully designed with my favorite feature being the rainfall shower head that had digital temperature control, and also the bathtub on the balcony. A couple staff member I would like to give a shout out, we became very close with them and they were standout above the rest would have to be Felix and Oscar, both of them working poolside made sure that any need we had was taken care of. Hoping the best for them as they grow within your company. I only gave a 4 star review for the concoctions of the property because of the closure of the beach due to the seaweed. Luckily we had already spent 5 days at one of the most beautiful beaches on the island so it wasn’t a big miss for us. But for some guests could have been a big issue if they were specifically coming to enjoy the beach area in Punta Cana. It would not hurt to invest in a better barrier system for the future seaweed season. Other than that everything else at the resort was exceptional and we would love to return someday. "

"One of the only things I didnt like was there was no direct access to a beach without relying on transport. I would have liked to take a walk to the beach and walk back to resort. Other than that, the staff was incredible. Very helpful and friendly. My room was incredibly with an impeccable view of the marina. Room was constantly cleaned and always smelled amazing. My bartenders were great, so also my servers at The Bullpen. Would definitely visit again. It was my first time in DR, and I know what to expect for next time."
