Bright and modern apartment for up to four guests, located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift and a shared outdoor pool, just 270m from the beach. It features a spacious balcony with sea and pool views, a living/dining area with an open-plan kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a complete bathroom with a shower box. Amenities include a washing machine and one uncovered parking space. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below). °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor, and colors may vary)
